Dynamisch hingeworfene Zeichnung im Oval, die Dramatik der Szene schwungvoll untermalend. Wohl als Entwurf für ein geplantes Kirchenfresko Steiners entstanden, der vor allem im Kärtner Raum als Maler und Kupferstecher tätig war. Insgesamt leicht angestaubt und mit einer längs verlaufenden Knickfalte in der linken Blatthälfte, sonst altersgemäß gut.
