Description
Vorhanden: Kindliches Paar, zusammen im Lehnstuhl an einem Ofen sitzend – Einsamer Greis mit Pfeife, am Ofen sitzend.
Die beiden Originalzeichnungen für den Holzschnitt “Dämmerstündchen: Einst/Jetzt” erschienen in der Folge “Fürs Haus”, 1860 (Hoff-Budde 472). Verso mit Bleistiftstudien. Mit nur minimalen Gebrauchspuren, ansonsten in gutem Zustand.
Provenienz: Aus der Sammlung Dr. Th.Engelmann, Basel, verso mit dem Stempel (Lugt 789 c); C. G. Boerner, Auktion Sammlung Dr. Theodor Engelmann, November 1928, Basel, Kat. Nr. 66; Privatsammlung Schweiz.
