Description
In leuchtenden Farben und detailreichem Strich ausgeführte Darstellung der bekannten französischen Blumen- und Landschaftsmalerin. Lemaire debütierte mit großem Erfolg im Salon von 1864 (unter ihrem Mädchennamen). Sie war Mitglied der Societé des Aquarellistes und der Societé Nationale des Beaux Arts. – Im Rand nachgedunkelt und mit Klebespuren, ansonsten farbfrisch.
