Zuschreibung.
Dahl malte eindrucksvolle, fein ausgeführte Landschaften, in denen er es verstand, das Licht besonders gekonnt zu inszenieren. Auch hier fällt die Sonne über die Klippen und erleuchtet die Baumwipfel in der linken Hälfte des Bildes sowie das Wasser im Vordergrund. – Mit sehr vereinzelten Retuschen, sonst in schönem Originalzustand.
