Phantom with red figure (Phantom II). Colour silkscreen on firm wove. (1951). C. 44.5 : 60 cm (sheet c. 64.5 : 75.5 cm). One of only very few artist’s impressions, inscribed “K 19” lower left, signed lower right. Framed.

Schönes Exemplar des großformatigen Blattes, der hellgraue Bildgrund zart bläulich erscheinend. Es können beim Druck winzige Farbunterschiede vorkommen (vgl. vorige Katalog-Nummer). Mit einer winzigen, kaum merklichen Bereibung im Schwarz. An der unteren Kante ein kurzer, restaurierter Einriß und verso mit leichter Bereibung durch frühere Montage. Im Oberrand links und rechts mit Spuren früherer Montierung. In der rechten unteren Ecke mit schwachem Knick. Überwiegend verso leicht gegilbt und dort mittig mit Farbspur vom Druck.
