Description
Zu dem Hauptwerk von Nicolas Henri Jacob (1782-1871) zählen die präzisen Abbildungen im “Traité complet de l’anatomie de l’homme comprenant la médecine opératoire”, der in acht Bänden zwischen 1832 und 1854 erschien und schon bald zum europäischen Standardwerk in der Medizin avancierte.
Auf einen Teilausschnitt dieser anatomischen Studien baut Spoerri sein Werk auf und bereichert es mit Vogelfedern und Wurzelwerk. Tadellos erhalten.
