Herausgegeben von Pace Editions, New York, und Waddington Graphics, London. In seinem künstlerischen Werk zeigt Dine bekannte Objekte und Bilder in einer expressiven, neuen Interpretation. So wurde auch diese Graphik von der berühmten Skulptur der Venus von Milo inspiriert. Doch wird die heutzutage weiße Marmorskulptur hier in intensiven, durch Schwarz verstärkt leuchtenden Farben dargestellt. Die runden Formen des Originals werden geometrisch verhärtet. Dine, der stetig Reisende, spielt auch mit den verschiedenen Kulturen: So nimmt er hier ein hellenistisches, heidnisches Kunstwerk und gibt ihm einen biblischen Titel. – In sehr gutem Zustand.
