Description
Vor einer stimmungsvollen Wolkenlandschaft präsentieren sich dem Betrachter ein ländliches Anwesen, eine Frau an einem Gatter und Kühe. Wengleins künstlerisches Geschick zeigt sich an der kunstvoll ausgeführten Spiegelung der Tiere im Wasser sowie der Öffnung des Bildraumes in die Tiefe der Landschaft auf der rechten Seite. Dadurch baut sich eine von links nach rechts “lesbare” Komposition auf. Mit minimalem Craquelé. Doubliert.
