Alte Zuschreibung.
In kräftigem, raschem Strich ausgeführtes Studienblatt. Die Zuschreibung bestätigt sich durch den Vergleich des Blattes mit einer zweiten Nonnenstudie des Künstlers im Louvre (F. Lugt 1949, II, Nr. 753, Tafel 87). Überwiegend im Rand stockfleckig und vereinzelt leichte Knickspuren.
Provenienz: Aus Sammlung M.M., verso mit dem Stempel (nicht bei Lugt), Privatsammlung Schweiz.
