Wohl der Werkgruppe der “Männer ohne Frauen. Parsifal” zuzuordnen, die von dem Thema der Einsamkeit des Künstlerateliers zu handeln scheint, ausgedrückt durch das Motiv des frontal geschilderten Männerkopfes, in seinen Variationen oft mit trauernder oder leidender Miene dargestellt, vor einem mit Gitterraster ausgefüllten Hintergrund.
