Description
Vermutlich handelt es sich bei dem Dargestellten um den jungen Franz Pforr, der während der gemeinsamen Schaffenszeit im Kloster San Isidoro in Rom mehrfach für Gewandstudien Overbecks Modell stand. Leicht braunfleckig, sonst gut erhalten. Verso von fremder Hand “Friedr. Overbeck fec.” bezeichnet.
Provenienz: Aus der Sammlung “Woldemar Kunis” (Lugt 2635) und einer weiteren Slg. “HSC” (nicht bei Lugt), verso mit den Sammlungsstempeln.
