Description

Ausgewogene Architekturphantasie, ganz in der Art des Meisters. Dargestellt ist der Besuch dreier Kunstfreunde in einer Galerie mit antiken Statuen. Mit einer dünnen Einfassungslinie in Sepia. Giovanni Panini zählt zu den bedeutendsten Vedutenmalern des 18. Jahrhunderts und arbeitete jahrelang in Rom. An den Ecken ins Passepartout montiert. Aufgrund von einem kleineren Einriss im linken Rand fachmännisch auf dünnes Papier aufgezogen. Ansonsten farbfrisch erhalten.
