Rechts unten (eigenhändig?) bezeichnet “Vue du village de la Cocagne à Naples. Plan Large del Castello”. Dargestellt ist die “Cuccagna”, ein legendäres neapolitanisches Volksfest, bei dem das Volk eine Schlemmerbühne erstürmen durfte. Die Zeichnung diente als Vorlage für den gegenseitigen Stich von Duplessis-Bertaux und Nicolet in: Abbé de Saint-Non, Voyage pittoresque ou description des Royaumes de Naples et de Sicile. Paris, 1781, No. 102. Auf Karton aufgezogen. Leicht gebräunt und fleckig.
