Description
Nach einer künstlerischen Phase, in der Voss das Papier oder die Leinwand mit zeichenhaften Kürzeln bedeckt hatte, folgte eine andere, die durch größere Farbflecken, die oft in Collage-Technik nebeneinander gesetzt sind, gekennzeichnet ist. In dieser Zeit ist auch das vorliegende Aquarell entstanden. Es weist zwar ebenfalls kleine collagierte Elemente auf und ist vergleichbar in seiner Buntfarbigkeit, aber in der Spontaneität und Frische seines Pinselstrichs stellt es eine absolute Ausnahme dar.
