Sheila Scott has been Managing Director at Karl & Faber Art Auctions since 2020, having joined the Executive Committee in 2016. She was publicly appointed and sworn in as an auctioneer in 2011. She joined the company in 2004, initially as an expert, and has been Head of the Modern Art Department since 2009.
Previously, Sheila Scott was head of the appraisal service at Chubb Insurance (London/Munich), having worked in London as an editor for Hali Magazine and at Sotheby’s as an expert in Impressionism and Modern Art.
