Description
Guter, gleichmäßiger Druck des zweiten, vollendeten Druckzustands, mit breitem rechteckigen Rand. Die Radierung wurde von Lieure als bestes Nachtstück Callots bewertet und mit “rare” bezeichnet. – Nachgedunkelt und etwas fleckig, alte Papierquetschfalten. Darstellung in der Mitte berieben und teilweise nachgezeichnet, dadurch heller wirkend. Kleine Einrisse am Oberrand. Linke und rechte obere Ecke beschädigt. An der linken Kante oben ein winziger Einriss. Verso in den Ecken auf den Untersatz montiert. Selten!
