Multiple, dishcloth welded in wrapping film. (1977-1984). C. 16 x 12 cm (framing c. 52 x 38.5 x 5 cm). Signed upper centre and titled “1 Wirtschaftswert” lower centre on the wrapping film as well as with stamp “Hauptstromstempel”.
With confirmation in copy from Rolf Staeck, Edition Staeck, Heidelberg (c. 1998).

Description

Aus der Werkgruppe der “Wirtschaftswerte”, die in den Jahren 1977 bis 1984 entsteht. Beuys fertigt ähnliche Objekte mit verschiedenen Spültüchern an, die jeweils Unikatcharakter besitzen. Herausgegeben von der Edition Staeck, Heidelberg. In guter Erhaltung. Zur Katalogisierung nicht ausgerahmt.
