Fotografie von einer Entwurfszeichnung für das Apollo-Sojus-Test-Projekt (ASTP), der ersten Kooperation zwischen Amerika und der Sowjetunion in der Weltraumfahrt. Am 17. Juli 1975 verknüpften sich zum ersten Mal ein Apollo- und ein Sojus-Raumschiff in der Erdumlaufbahn miteinander und ermöglichten damit eine wissenschaftliche Zusammenarbeit zwischen den ehemals konkurrierenden Nationen.
