Description
Dieses Blatt befand sich einst in der Sammlung der Italienerin Anna Laetitia (Mimi) Pecci-Blunt (1885-1971), die 1919 den amerikanischen Bankier Cecil Blunt, Sohn des Sammlers Ferdinand Blumenthal, heiratete. Das Paar wohnte in Paris, wo ihr Haus als eine Art offener Kunstsalon galt: hier verkehrten Salvador Dalì, Cocteau, Paul Valéry und Paul Claudel. Nebenbei betrieb Anna Pecci-Blunt eine Galerie für junge Künstler. – Unter dem Passepartout schwach gebräunt. An der linken und unteren Kante stellenweise leichte Braunfärbung. Allgemein in sehr gutem Zustand.
