Der Maler Albrecht Adam, der sich 1811 in der Villa des kunstsinnigen Verlegers Domenico Artaria am Ostufer des Comer Sees aufhielt, beschreibt in seinen Erinnerungen sein Zusammentreffen mit dem Künstlerkollegen Joseph Rebell in Blevio. (In: Albrecht Adam, aus dem Leben eines Schlachtenmalers, Stuttgart 1886, Kapitel VIII). – Verso mit einer Bleistiftskizze. Etwas fleckig, rechte Seite etwas unregelmäßig beschnitten, sonst gut erhalten.
