Description
Ab 1812 war Wegmayr als Professor für Blumenmalerei an der Wiener Akademie tätig und wurde in den Folgejahren zu einem der beliebtesten Stilllebenmaler seiner Zeit. – Teils schwaches Craquelé; mittig eine ca. 6 cm lange, sorgfältig geglättete Knickspur in der Leinwand, sonst in sehr gutem Zustand. Gegenstück zur vorhergehenden Nummer.
