Hier handelt es sich wahrscheinlich um das bei Boetticher als “Canal in Venedig” verzeichnete Gemälde (Bd.1, S. 213, Nr. 3). Auf dem Keilrahmen verso mehrfach bezeichnet, gestempelt und auf einem alten Klebeetikett “B.85.” beziffert. – Die Oberfläche etwas angestaubt; eine kleine Farbabplatzung (blau ausgemalt) unten rechts, sonst gut erhalten.
