Aus der Folge von 6 Bll., die 1839 unter dem Titel “Bildnisse der berühmtesten Künstler unserer Zeit” bei C.G. Lange in Darmstadt erschien. – Teilweise gering stockfleckig und mit leichten Handhabungsspuren, ansonsten gut erhalten.
Provenienz: Sammlung Friedrich August II. von Sachsen, recto mit dem Stempel (Lugt 971).
Beiliegt: Eugen Neureuther, Am Morgen nach dem Maskenfeste (der dargestellte Künstler ist Ernst Richter). Radierung auf Velin. (1840). Ca. 38,5 : 53,5 cm (Blattgröße).
