Description
Grandsire galt als Spezialist der Naturgewalten, die er in seinen romantischen Landschaften festhielt, war aber auch als Illustrator von Reiseberichten sehr beliebt. Hier fängt er in ruhigen Farben das tägliche Treiben Venedigs ein. – Durchgehend schwach gebräunt. Verso am oberen Rand und in den Ecken Montagespuren. Von sehr schöner Erhaltung.
