Description
1993 fängt Fussmann an, kleinformatige, pastose Bilder zu malen. Er lässt sich von der Landschaft um ihn herum inspirieren, nicht von den Dingen, sondern von Impressionen: “Ich sehe etwas Namenloses, ich sehe Blau, ich sehe Spiegelungen. Davon bin ich berührt und das male ich dann.” Dabei fängt er in dicken Pinselstrichen, in Farbklecksen, in denen die Farbe zur dreidimensionalen Form wird, die großen Gefühle dieser offenen Landschaften des deutschen Nordens ein. – In sehr gutem Originalzustand.
