Description
Mit einer mündlichen Bestätigung von Prof. Dr. Paul Vogt vom 2. April 2009. Die zarten Kosmeen, deren Farbigkeit in vielfältigen Rosa-Tönen zwischen Weiß und Rot variiert, liebt Rohlfs in besonderen Maße. Während er stolzeren Blumengattungen oft Einzelporträts widmet, zeigt er die Kosmeen, die sich noch im leisesten Windhauch auf ihren dünnen Stengeln wiegen, meist in der Gruppe. Wir sehen einen kleinen Ausschnitt aus einem Meer von Blüten, ähnlich der Verteilung von Ornamenten auf einem Teppich. Reißnagellöcher an den Blattecken. Farbfrisch und in bester Erhaltung.
