Die Eindrücke seiner Italienreise verarbeitete van Cleve vielfältig – von topographisch genauen Veduten bis hin zu idealisierten Stadtansichten mit benennbaren Bauwerken. Zur letzteren Gruppe dürfte auch vorliegendes Werk zählen. – Mit einer dünnen Einfassungslinie. Mit leichten Gebrauchspuren und auf der rechten Seite mit kleineren Papierfehlstellen. Alt aufgelegt.
