Description
Eines der schönsten graphischen Blätter aus dem Spätwerk Delvaux’, das auf surrealistische Verfremdungen verzichtet und sich ganz auf die Sogwirkung des in perspektivischer Flucht gezeichneten Bahnsteigs verlässt, der bis auf die Rückenfigur des Mädchens menschenleer erscheint. Der kräftige, breitrandige Druck im Passepartoutausschnitt leicht gebräunt. Verso umlaufend an den Blattkanten mit Papierstreifen von alter Montierung.
