Als Grundlage diente ein Foto, das Richter in seiner Düsseldorfer Wohnung aufgenommen hatte. Zuvor hatte der Künstler auf die Fensterscheibe, durch die er anschließend mit Blick auf die Luegallee hindurch fotografierte, ein Spielzeugauto montiert. In einwandfreiem Zustand.
