WHEN: Friday, 15 May, 6 pm
WHERE: only online via livestream with our partners Invaluable and Lot-tissimo

The source of inspiration for this auction is the exhibition “Made in Munich”, which Chris Dercon curated at Haus der Kunst in 2008. Outstanding Munich galleries and editors have been publishing in this city since the 1960s and have published prints and editions that have long since written art history. This makes Munich an extraordinary art location. The special auction “Made in Munich” pays tribute to this aspect: In record time, we are realizing a joint real-time online auction for the first time in cooperation with ten Munich galleries and art editors. Made in Munich” calls for exquisite graphics and editions – conceived, published and realized in Munich. These include serigraphs by Rupprecht Geiger and prints by Günter Brus.

Involved in this project:
Archiv Geiger
Barbara Gross
Galerie Fred Jahn
Galerie Klüser
Knust Kunz Gallery Editions
Galerie van de Loo
Gernot von Pape Edition X
Edition Schellmann
Rüdiger Schöttle
Galerie Max Weber Six Friedrich
