Conditions of Sale
The prices are stated in Euros. The sale is effected against immediate payment. For payment from abroad we ask you to pay by bank transfer, exempting us from any bank charges. Shipping and insurance is at the risk and charge of the purchaser. Up to receipt of the full payment, ownership remains with Karl & Faber (see § 449 BGB). The place of fulfilment as well as of jurisdiction is Munich.
All objects shown in our online gallery are used. They therefore all have handling traces and possibly small damages, without this being expressly stated. The condition of each object was already considered when determining its price. The actual condition of the work of art is therefore the agreed quality as defined by the statutory regulations.
